Our Easy to Understand Purchase Agreement for our Freeport Day Pass:

Cancellations & Refunds:
  • Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach Hotel Purchase is fully refundable if canceled up to 11 days prior to visit date.
  • Purchase is fully refundable if ship misses the port entirely.
  • Purchase is 50% refundable if canceled within 10 days of visit date.
  • Day Pass is valid in all weather conditions.
Purchaser must notify BahamasForaDay.com up to 11 days prior to visit date to cancel and request refund. Cancellations must be made in writing to kim@resortforaday.com or by mail. Refunds will be made back to purchaser in the same form of payment. We are not liable for misdirected or undelivered cancellation emails or letters. Please do not request deposit refund from the resort or hotel. BahamasForaDay.com is responsible for cancellations, refunds and changes.

Black-out dates or Sold-out dates:
BahamasForaDay.com, Paradise Island Harbour Resort, and Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach Hotel reserve the right to add black-out dates, limit the number of day passes issued per day, and in very rare circumstance cancel reservations if necessary.  In any of these unlikely events, guest will be notified immediately and a full refund issued.

Transfers:
Transfers are included in package rate and provided by Elite Travel & Tours. We are not liable for missed transfers.

Credit Card Statement:
If paying by credit card, charge will appear on credit card statement as ResortForaDay.com.

Property:
Pinkys Up, Corp. dba BahamasForaDay.com and Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach shall not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to money, jewelry, clothing, or other valuables or items that guests bring to the resort, or have been tendered to management for safekeeping.
